you jump of a wrong foot. it s right and then left and not left and right. you are more like some weight room guy. you don’t have good jumping technuiqe. i myself train volleyball for 3 years and i jump as high as you. im 193 and 82 kg. so pritty skinny but my jumping technique and is better and a don’t lift any weights. the only impressive thing is when you have jumped on a SUV
@simacmarko When I shot this video I did not lift weights on my legs for about 2-3 years prior to that. I was injured so I only did jumping stuff. And it depends which leg is your strong leg with which one you lead with. Mine is my left.
